Very disappointed, Evri delivery say no more shocking service, order delivered to 2 different addresses no courier note to inform. The neighbours told me!!!! The unit was damaged. Photos and emails sent to customer service which were very prompt in resolving the issue. Sadly since they collected the unit back they have not replied to my many emails requesting an update for a refund. Also the driver collecting the unit was not polite to my daughter, he wanted her to bring the heavy unit to him, it's very heavy and when my daughter explained she couldn't do that he was rude. All in all not a good experience. I will probably have to make a claim via the credit company now.
The hinges of the cupboard doors are not positioned well, the construction is not accurate so our doors do not flush shut, the drawers also get jammed when attempting to close and have to be forced shut as well. None of the opening of doors and drawers is smooth.
Sometimes I had difficulty getting the screws in and on a couple of occasions I broke a screw
Very pleased with the new tv unit - I searched for ages to find just the right size for the tv and where it had to go.
Once I came to order, the unit was out of stock, but thankfully it was available again 3-4 weeks later.
Well packaged, fast delivery, easy to assemble, looks great, and excellent value. What’s not to love!
